Microsoft Teams - Digital collaboration 4.0

What is behind Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is the collaboration tool from Microsoft. With Teams, you can communicate and work together as a team from any location and at any time. Within Teams, you can create rooms and channels to work on a topic together with your project team. You can also invite external people to join your team - whether inside or outside the company. This allows participants to chat, hold meetings, work together in apps, share content and create documents together in real time via shared channels.

We can help you with the introduction of Microsoft Teams in your company. You can find useful information on the functions of Microsoft Teams in our blog post Microsoft Teams - Functions.

Digital collaboration

Meetings, chats, calls and collaboration in one place

Microsoft Teams will change your organization's digital collaboration for good. One of the most important reasons for introducing Microsoft Teams in an organization is to provide an easily accessible, central workspace where members can use the elements central to teamwork. This ensures that company content can also be accessed outside the office, e.g. in the home office or from mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).

For example, content (information, documents, media files) can be easily shared and meetings can be held as online meetings (including video, voice, chat and whiteboard). The tools required for the individual team (work group, organizational unit, etc.) can also be configured individually.

Advantages thanks to Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is an elegant way to reduce the daily flood of emails.

Emails become a cumbersome means of communication, especially in the context of restrictions on personal exchanges. In Microsoft Teams, you can have conversations on various topics and collect all information, opinions and files in one place. Especially,
if you work remotely, this brings structure to a new way of working that many colleagues first have to get used to. This makes it easier for your employees to maintain the flow of communication.

Use the option of barrier-free networking and integration of other Microsoft Office tools. Easily integrate Word, Excel, Notes or other tools and websites into the application.

Microsoft Teams allows you to customize the defined workspaces and channels to your specific wishes and needs. Teams makes your collaboration easier and saves you valuable time and money.
