Microsoft does not offer synchronization of user-specific attributes in the SharePoint Online (SPO) user profile by default. In a company, the large amount of data and information can quickly become overwhelming. It is therefore very important to ensure efficient and precise data management. Although SharePoint acts as a data management tool, the connection to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) may not be established in an optimal form.
