The Cloud Transformation department accompanies you on your journey to the cloud using our flexible roadmap. Regardless of whether you are already using parts of Microsoft 365 or are just starting out. From the basics of integrating your users with Microsoft 365 to synchronization and secure authentication. We use our experience and check existing basic settings in the Microsoft 365 tenant based on best practices and explain their significance. The focus is on secure access - multi-level authentication is mandatory. We configure Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and also integrate landline telephony on request. We move your mailboxes to Exchange Online and set up a hybrid Exchange organization if required. Employees' devices are also playing an increasingly important role - mobile working with Microsoft 365 is shifting the boundaries of access outside the company. We integrate the devices into the overall concept, whether PCs with Windows 10 or common mobile devices.
Our approach is accompanied by workshops on individual topics that help you to create the necessary conditions and make the necessary decisions. We take the existing infrastructure into account and make recommendations on what can be migrated to Microsoft 365 and what may need to remain on your own infrastructure.

Licensing of Microsoft 365
We take care of the licenses for Microsoft 365 and provide them as required - adaptations are possible at any time. We take care of your Microsoft tenant as part of a managed service. As a Microsoft CSP partner, we take care of procurement and billing quickly and easily. We also help you select the right licenses.
Access control with conditional access
The move to the public cloud also means that Microsoft 365 can be accessed from virtually any internet connection. For this reason, we see it as a basic requirement that this access must be well controlled and managed. Microsoft offers a good tool for this - so-called conditional access. We show you the possibilities and work with you to define the rules tailored to your needs. Who accesses which Microsoft 365, from where, with which device and with which application - all this can be controlled. Multi-level login (MFA) is a component of this.
Identity integration with Azure AD Connect and Azure AD authentication
In most company IT landscapes, a certain part of the infrastructure remains local despite all the cloud technology and we are talking about a hybrid setup. This means that control over employees' accounts remains in the local infrastructure and must be linked to the Microsoft Cloud. We will show you the various options and will be happy to set this up for you.

Device management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
The necessary trend towards working from home during the pandemic has shown that many companies are unable to manage their employees' PCs and mobile devices adequately or at all when they are not in the office. The Microsoft EndPoint Manager offers the possibility to manage these devices independently of your location, Internet access is sufficient. Everything is possible, from configuration to software distribution. This is also possible in coexistence with any existing internal solution.
Teams direct routing (landline telephony)
One of the many competencies of teams is communication. From chat to video conferencing, almost anything is possible. Classic landline telephony can also be integrated into Teams as an element. Most telephony providers now offer this, so you no longer need any hardware. We support you from preparation to implementation.
Exchange Online Migration and Exchange Hybrid
Exchange is often the first workload to be migrated to Exchange Online. We support you from the preparation to the migration of the mailboxes. Not only Exchange can be considered as a source, but all common mail systems, even if they are hosted.
Backup your data in Microsoft 365
Although Microsoft guarantees the availability of data in all Office 365 services, there is no fully-fledged backup that can be easily accessed. We can provide you with a backup and rely on two products from well-known manufacturers: AvePoint Backup for Microsoft 365 and Acronis Cyber Protect. You are welcome to use our full service and do not have to worry about it.
