In it’s business, Swisslos must meet various ISO standards. As these are subject to constant updating, it is of great importance that the correct documents are available to all employees at all times and are easy to find.
Due to ongoing updates, an enormous flood of documents arose, which was confusing and difficult to control.
After an analysis of the initial situation, Swisslos chose to implement innobit AG’s tried and tested approach to implement SharePoint.
Through the use of SharePoint, the maintenance costs could be significantly reduced, and the communication or the information delivery for the employees is now flowing. The time loss, which resulted in the search for up-to-date information, was minimized.
In addition to a user-friendly handling, which also resulted in an appealing visualization of the content, great importance was attached to implementing a solution which can also be used in the future. With this SharePoint “out-of-the-box” solution, this wish was taken into account and the conversion to future SharePoint versions is no longer a hurdle.
