Swisscontact Senior Expert Corps App

A project can only be successful if it is managed by experts. This is precisely where Swisscontact faced a problem. Due to lack of a platform, it was only possible within a considerable amount of time to allocate the proper specialists to new projects.

In order to minimize the administrative burden, Swisscontact chose SharePoint online. Together with innobit AG, the old processes and existing Excel forms were replaced within the 6-month project period.

The Swisscontact now has a platform at their fingertips that allows them to meet needs with the right expertise with little effort.

At Swisscontact, the implemented solution, thanks to its intuitive operation, ensures a significantly lower training effort for new employees. In addition to this gain in time, the automated processes support the daily business and ensure a lower error rate in comparison with the locally maintained documents.
