Knew how! Best Practice for Security & Governance in the Swiss Cloud

Digital Workplace. Cloud. Innovation. Sensitive data. Stay up to date. Security. Compliance. GDPR.

Key words, which often go hand in hand with uncertainty: Do we need digital solutions in our company? Are they even practicable? Why Cloud? How do we ensure that data stays in the organization?

Answers to these questions, among others, were provided by Microsoft Switzerland, baseVISION, innobit , VISCHER and OSN. Especially in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance and government agencies, digital solutions are often poorly implemented, as data protection regulations affect many functions. The large number of applications offered also makes it difficult to compare and use suitable solutions. Moreover, the premise of moving systems to the cloud seems threatening and uncontrollable. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

With the collection of experts from a wide range of fields, we offered you a top-class program in cooperation with baseVISION:

Christian Wyss gave an overview of the essential legal requirements for the use of cloud services. Using examples, he explained how data protection and professional and official secrets can also be maintained in the cloud.

Judith Schütz devoted herself to the paradox of innovation and compliance. It is often difficult to reconcile progress with internal requirements and permissions for employees. Judith Schütz showed ways to integrate digital working methods well into regulated areas.

For baseVISION and innobit, the focus was on innovation when it comes to the conception and implementation of digital solutions. These are built on safe and controllable technologies, but extend even further to ease the use of the company and users.

The participants of this event were fascinated by the possibilities for the digital workplace in your organisation and used the opportunity for direct dialogue with our experts.
